Our Services
Modalities
Our clinicians utilize a range of evidence-based approaches, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based practices, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Each treatment plan is thoughtfully tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of the client.
Clinical Consultations
Before beginning therapy, we offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation call to help determine if our practice—and the clinician you're paired with—is the right fit for your needs. This is an opportunity to discuss your goals, share any relevant symptoms or concerns, and ask questions about our approach to care.
We believe that building a strong therapeutic foundation begins with mutual understanding. Our goal is to ensure you feel confident, informed, and supported as you begin your journey toward wellness.
Collaborative Care
We believe in whole-person wellness. With your consent, we coordinate care with medical providers, schools, and other professionals to ensure integrated, wraparound support.
At CLCS, we offer compassionate, evidence-based therapy designed to support you through life’s challenges and transitions.
