Yes, CLCS is in-network with many plans within major insurance carriers, including:
BCBS / FL Blue / Anthem, Optum / UnitedHealthcare / UMR, Medicare, and Cigna.
We also accept Tricare using out-of-network (OON) benefits.If you're unsure about your coverage or benefits, our team is happy to help verify your plan during the screening process. We also offer out-of-pocket options for those not using insurance.
For clients not using insurance, our out-of-pocket rate is $130.00 per session. This applies to both the initial intake and standard 60-minute therapy sessions.

Yes, virtual therapy is available statewide across Florida, depending on your insurance coverage and clinical needs. Telehealth may be an option for individual therapy sessions if it is appropriate for your treatment plan and approved by your insurance provider.

We offer in-person EMDR Intensives designed for individuals seeking focused trauma support outside of traditional weekly therapy. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based treatment that helps clients process and resolve distressing life experiences.
Our intensive options include:
Half Day (3 hours): $500
Full Day (6 hours): $1,000
3-Day Intensive (12 total hours): $2,000
A free consultation is available to help determine if this format is appropriate for your needs. Intensives include resourcing, reprocessing, and aftercare planning. This is an out-of-pocket service and is not billable to insurance. Full payment is due one week prior to the scheduled session, with half due upfront to reserve your spot.
Refunds are available based on cancellation notice:
Full refund: with at least one business week’s notice
50% refund: with at least 72 business hours' notice
No refund: for cancellations made less than 72 business hours in advance

We provide comprehensive, clinician-led ADHD assessments for adults, combining clinical interviews, validated testing tools, and multi-disciplinary review.
Our process includes:
A 60-minute intake session
60-90 min. testing appointment using tools like CAARS-2 and self-report measures with and observations analysis
A 30-minute results session to review findings and offer recommendations
Optional formal diagnostic report
Cost Structure:
Full OOP package (Intake, Testing, Results): $550
Formal Diagnostic Report (optional): $25
Reports are provided for positive diagnoses and are signed by the rendering provider, Supervising LCSW, ADHD-CCSP, and our Medical Director. Taking 2-4 weeks to process.
Why Choose a Formal Diagnostic Report?
While the verbal results session provides a clinical summary of your assessment, some clients may opt to receive a formal diagnostic report for added clarity, utility, and documentation.
This optional report ($25) includes:
A comprehensive summary of your assessment findings
Clear diagnostic conclusions
Clinically informed recommendations for workplace, academic, or daily accommodations
Formal signatures from the rendering provider, an LCSW with ADHD-CCSP certification, and our Medical Director
This report is particularly helpful if you:
Need documentation for school, work, or disability accommodations
Plan to share your diagnosis with medical providers or specialists
Prefer a detailed, written explanation of your results and support recommendations
It ensures your assessment is backed by a multi-disciplinary clinical team with ADHD specialization, enhancing the validity and utility of your results.
Follow-up care and referrals are available as part of our client-centered approach.
