Dr. Jon Storey, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Jon Storey is a board-certified family physician with a strong foundation in evidence-based, whole-person care. He completed his undergraduate studies in Chemistry and Biology at Birmingham-Southern College before earning his medical degree from St. George’s University. He went on to complete his residency training in Family Medicine at South Baldwin Regional Medical Center, where he served as Chief Resident and received the STFM Resident Teacher Award.
Jon currently serves as the Medical Director at Collective Living Counseling Services, where he collaborates with clinical teams to ensure diagnostic accuracy and thoughtful, individualized care. In addition to his work with CLCS, Jon maintains a thriving outpatient primary care practice in Pensacola, where he provides comprehensive care for adolescents and adults.
He continues to engage in medical education through teaching and mentorship of students and advanced practice providers. With experience across urgent care, outpatient medicine, and leadership roles in health systems, Jon brings a well-rounded perspective to patient care. He is actively involved in professional organizations such as AAFP, FAFP, and STFM, and is committed to lifelong learning and clinical excellence.
